Before making plans

A few things to
talk through.

Who can ride & accessibility

The business lists no children under two, no pets and no guests beyond eight months of pregnancy. Tell the office about injuries before booking: the business notes that serious spinal injuries may prevent a ride, and milder injuries should be discussed. Wheelchair arrangements require advance notice. Confirm your circumstances directly with the office.

Cancellations & weather

Cancellation policy (September 2026): cancel without a fee up to 24 hours ahead; after that, $20 per person. Weather cancellations are rescheduled without a fee. Confirm current terms when you call.

Departures & reservations

Open seven days except major holidays. Phones are answered 8am–7pm. Tours can start as early as 8:30am; call for that day’s departure. Reservations are not mandatory but are highly recommended. Arrive 15 minutes early.

What will we see?

The landscape includes marsh and cypress swamp. Wildlife changes with the season and weather; alligators become less active in cold months. No particular sighting or wildlife interaction is promised.
